# Running Urgent Rishta — a guide for the owner

You don't need to know any coding to run this site. This is everything you'll
actually do, in plain words. Bookmark your admin panel: **yoursite.com/admin/**

## Your home base: Setup

Log in and open **Setup**. It shows a simple checklist:

- ✅ green means that part is fine.
- ⚠️ means something needs you — and there's a button that takes you straight to it.

Check this page whenever you log in. It'll tell you if people are waiting to be
approved, if anyone has messaged support, or if something isn't set up yet.

## The jobs you'll do regularly

**Approve new members** (Setup → Review, or the Review tab)
New people can't be seen by others until you approve them. You'll see their
photo and details; tick the good ones and press Approve. Reject anything fake
or inappropriate.

**Approve photos and voice intros** (Photos, Voice tabs)
Same idea — members add photos and voice recordings, you approve them before
others see or hear them. Always listen to a voice note fully; that's where a
phone number would be hidden.

**Answer support** (Support tab)
People write in from the Help page. You'll see their message, type a reply, and
press send. When a question is fully handled, "wrap" it with a reason so you
have a record.

**Watch for flagged messages** (Flagged tab)
If someone tries to share a phone number or asks for money by Easypaisa or
JazzCash, it shows here for you to check. Most are harmless — you're looking for
scammers. Warn or ban as needed.

## Making the app yours: Look & branding

Open **Look & branding** to change:

- **Your name and logo** — type your name, and upload a logo image straight from
  your computer (a PNG or JPG). No links to paste.
- **Colours** — click a coloured square and pick any colour. The preview on the
  right shows exactly how it'll look. Press "Reset" to go back to the originals.
- **Fonts** — choose from the ready-made list.
- **How members pay you** — fill in your Easypaisa/JazzCash number or bank
  details. Members see these when they buy a plan. Leave a box empty to hide it.

Press **Save all changes**. Your members see the new look the next time they
open the app. Nothing to restart.

## Getting paid

When a member buys a plan, they see your payment details and send you the money,
with an order number. You confirm you received it in the **Money** tab, and their
plan turns on. (This is manual for now — a fully automatic payment system can be
added later by a developer.)

## Adding helpers

**Team** tab — add other people to help you approve profiles or answer support,
without giving them full control. You stay the owner.

## If something looks broken

Open **Setup**. If anything is red there, or on the "System check" page, take a
screenshot and send it to your developer — they'll know what it means. You can't
break anything by looking.

## After your developer sends an update

Sometimes your developer will send new files to upload to your site. After
uploading them, open **Setup → "Open the updater"** once and wait for it to say
**all done**. That's it. You only need this after an update.
