Terms of Use Privacy Policy Refunds & Payments Safety Guide

How payments work on Urgent Rishta, and when a refund is possible.

The short version. Nothing renews automatically — a plan simply ends. If a payment fails or a plan never activates, you get your money back. Once you have used a plan to message people, we generally cannot refund it.

How you can pay

All payments are in Pakistani Rupees. Card payments are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

When your plan starts

You will receive an email receipt once your plan is active.

Nothing renews automatically

When a plan reaches its end date your account simply returns to the free plan. There is no automatic charge, no subscription to cancel, and no card kept on file for future billing. If you want to continue, you buy another plan.

Refunds

We will refund you

We generally cannot refund

Wallet credit

Money added to your wallet can be spent on plans, boosts and gifts. It is not cash: it cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and unspent credit is not refundable except where a payment was taken in error.

How to ask for a refund

Contact us through the help page with your order number (on your receipt email), the amount and date, and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two working days. Approved refunds are returned by the method you paid with and usually take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or wallet provider.

Something looks wrong on your statement

Tell us before raising a dispute with your bank. Most cases are a transfer we have not yet matched to an order, and we can usually resolve it the same day.

Prices

Prices are shown on the plans page and may change. A change never affects a plan you have already bought — you keep what you paid for, until it expires.
